* ARLINGTON, Texas (10/13/10)--John Thi Pham, 18, of Arlington, Texas, is in jail after he was caught inside the Security One FCU early Monday morning. The break-in set off the credit union's alarm at about 4 a.m. When they arrived, police discovered broken glass outside the building and a man in the building.
