* WASHINGTON (2/10/10)--Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke was scheduled to appear before the House Financial Services Committee today for a hearing in which he was expected to lay out the central bank’s exit strategy. However, the House Financial Services Committee announced that all hearings for this week would be cancelled due to weather. The hearings have not yet been rescheduled.
