* WASHINGTON (1/2/08)--The Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Indianapolis announced Friday it will provide $100 million as a part of a lending initiative, named HomeRetain (American Banker Dec. 31). The money will be divided among FHLB member institutions in Indiana and Michigan, and institutions can use the funds to refinance or modify primary residence mortgages in any state.
