MADISON, Wis. (05/31/2013) – CUNA announced topics and key speakers for CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School, September 9-12, 2013 in Tempe, AZ. Registration and school details are available at training.cuna.org/cbs.

CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School offers collections professionals and managers the nuts-and-bolts details of collections techniques and practices. The school’s curriculum features the intricacies of running a credit union’s collections department, from delinquencies to bankruptcy and the procedures and legality involved.

“This program is all about staying on top of the worthwhile knowledge and current trends in collections,” stated Marlo Foltz, Director of Blended Learning at CUNA. “We know this year’s content and speakers will provide attendees with solutions to the issues that are significant to credit union collections in 2013.”

Attendees will have the chance to learn applicable skills and knowledge from featured speakers Eric North and Ron Brown.

This year’s breakout sessions topics include:
