Individuals who are responsible for leading, managing, or supervising a team will benefit from these interactive courses. They focus on understanding how teams are motivated, and how to maintain strong team relationships. Topics include creating organizational change, setting clear team performance targets, team motivation, and building trust.

This is a CUNA CU Advance course through CUNA CPDOnline and contains individual courses for $35 each.
