course helps participants understand the basic investment-related
responsibilities of the board, management and supervisory committee. It will
identify the reasons for investing; what is permissible and the types of risks
involved with investing. Participants will be able to identify the players
involved in the investment market, as well as become knowledgeable about what
should be presented in the board packages for review.
