• NAPERVILLE, Ill. (11/6/09)--OfficeMax, an office supplier and CUNA Strategic Service provider, earned the Highest Customer Satisfaction for the Call Center Award from Service Quality Measurement Group (SQM). SQM provides quality assurance services for benchmarking, tracking, evaluating and improving call centers. OfficeMax earned the award based on high marks and the rating it received from customer satisfaction surveys conducted by SQM.
