As a result, we are unveiling a statement of the commitment we have to you, your family, and the local community. And, we’re inviting you to learn more about it. This “Statement of Commitment” completed in conjunction with our participation in a nationwide effort called Project Differentiation. This effort helped us thoroughly review all of the account products we offer, as well as the activities we engage in to benefit you and the community at large. Our commitment to each member including (INCLUDE CREDIT-UNION SPECIFIC INFORMATION SUCH AS TEENS, SENIORS, FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS, BUSINESSPEOPLE, ETC .) guides our practices and policies and affects how we provide you service. As a member of CREDIT UNION NAME you may know about the many products and services we offer to help you build a solid financial future. In fact, we at CREDIT UNION NAME have been serving you, our members, since ADD YEAR CREDIT UNION WAS FOUNDED. However, did you know that we are also active in the community? (GIVE EXAMPLES OF SPONSORSHIPS OF COMMUNITY EVENTS, PROGRAMS, ETC.) "Far from merely being a list of what we offer, our Statement is a living, breathing statement of our philosophy," says (CU SPOKESPERSON). "Just glancing through our statement, you can see how much we value our members. It's an excellent way to see the many ways we work closely with you to provide the best deals on services, achieve goals, and create a better life for residents of (CITY/COUNTY/FOM).
