Todd DeVoogd
Todd joined SchoolsFirst FCU in 2020 as part of a merger with Schools Financial CU, where he served since 2015 as SVP Finance & Administration/CFO. He brings 30 years of experience in banking, accounting, finance, and treasury management. Todd currently oversees Financial Risk, including Capital Planning and Asset Liability Management reporting. He chairs the Capital Planning Committee and is a member of the ALCO Committee, ERM Committee, Loan Participation Committee, and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Schools Financial CU, Todd held positions as Senior Vice President/CFO at Five Star Bank (Sacramento, CA) and Stockmans Bank (Elk Grove, CA), as well as Vice President of Treasury Management at PremierWest Bank (Medford, OR).
Todd earned a Bachelor’s of Accountancy degree from National University in Sacramento. He maintains an active CPA license in California, as well as a Certified Treasury Professional designation. Todd is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, as well as CUNA’s Enterprise Risk Management School and Investment Certification School, earning the designations of Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert and Certified Credit Union Investment Professional.
Todd has been married twenty-nine years and enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons. He is a resident of Galt, CA.
