Press Registration

Thank you for your interest in covering Governmental Affairs Conference at Washington Convention Center.

Complimentary meeting registration is available to members of the media who provide appropriate press credentials and identification. To apply, please complete the information below by February 28, 2025. After this date, registration must occur on-site at GAC. Press credentials are not guaranteed.

All required fields must be completed for your press registration to be considered. After we have received your credentials, they will be reviewed and are subject to approval. Submitting the press request does not guarantee that you will receive a press pass.

You will be notified within 5 business days if you have been approved or denied. If approved, we will register on your behalf and forward a confirmation.

Once you arrive at the conference, preapproved press may check in at a registration kiosk to obtain an official badge and conference materials. The badge will identify you as a member of the media and must be worn at all times while attending the conference.

On-site Press Registration

Members of the press who have NOT been preapproved should proceed directly to the Welcome Center/registration area help desk in Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Press credentials and some form of personal identification must be presented at the time of registration in order to be approved. Once approved, you may obtain your conference badge. Press credentials are not guaranteed to on-site registrants.
