Saeyoung  Chang-Gagnon

As a leading instructional designer, Saeyoung  Chang-Gagnon has over 10 years of experience in organizational learning and development, instructional design, learning experience design, eLearning design, LMS management, and LXP implementation.

She is currently leading a team of learning experience designers for the central human resources division of the University of Southern California, servicing a 60,000 plus user population. 

Saeyoung has created learning programs for LIM College, Woodbury University, and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM).

Saeyoung has recently received an educational doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the Rossier school of education of the University of Southern California (USC). 

Saeyoung holds a master’s degree in instructional design and technology from California State University, Fullerton, where she focused her research on creating effective online and hybrid learning programs.
