Suzanne Booth, SHRM-SCP, SSBBP
With 20 years of corporate training experience, Suzanne Booth relies on her passion for learning and development to build next-level experiences for the teammates of the largest state-based credit union in Kentucky. Suzanne attended the University of Louisville for a degree in Communications, has a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, SHRM-SCP designation, and is a certified trainer and certified coach of the Integrity Solutions Integrity Coaching program. Suzanne has been a contributing force to the learning and development at Abound Credit Union for the last 11 years. Prior to joining Abound, Suzanne built training experience at a Fortune 100 company in call center and resolution engagement, she worked for a local small business focused on website sales and testing, and has curated a career focused on customer service in a variety of industries—from food services to retail. This experience and her education culminate in lively and relatable presentations and training events. Suzanne has presented at college, high school, middle school, and elementary school events as part of our Abound CU financial education community involvement. Suzanne is an active participant and founding member of the CUNA CPD Advisory Board, a current member of the NAFCU HR Steering Committee, a 2022 Filene Centers of Excellence Crasher, an Experience Learning Live 2022 panelist, and is an active participant in the Kentucky Credit Union League. Suzanne resides in Kentucky with her husband and two children.
