Kristin Shultz
Kristin Shultz is the President/CEO of Spectra Credit Union in Alexandria, VA. Spectra is a $570M institution serving the employees and families of the Naval Research Laboratory and various Special Employee Groups around the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Kristin began her work in credit unions 28 years ago and lives the credit union mission of people helping people every day. Kristin serves as the Secretary of the Credit Union Miracle Day Board supporting Children’s Miracle Network hospitals across the country, Director on the Maryland DC Credit Union Association (MDDCUA) Board, and as a member of the CUNA Volunteer Leadership Council. Kristin also participates as a member of the Filene Institute’s Think Tank. Kristin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Va. Tech. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a CUES Certified Chief Executive (CCE).
