Michelle Baker
Michelle Baker, an HR and Talent Development leader and advocate for over 20 years, serves as VP of Organizational Development at FORUM Credit Union. At FORUM, a longtime Best Places to Work in Indiana company, Michelle’s team and work has been recognized multiple times by Training Magazine’s prestigious Top 100 list, the Indiana Credit Union League and the Credit Union National Association. She has served on the board of directors with the ATD Central Indiana chapter for 10 years and as National Advisor for Chapters with the Association for Talent Development. Additionally, Michelle is the co-author of the book, Talent GPS: A Manager’s Guide to Navigating the Employee Development Journey, the voice of the phase(two)learning blog, and a co-host of the quickly-growing weekly podcast, Career Dreams.
