Tonya has built a career in teaching brands how to get the right message across the right digital channel to the right customer -- driving and growing loyalty and engagement. At Caesars Entertainment, she oversees email marketing for more than 50 destinations across the U.S., focusing on gaming customers. With her help, Caesars transitioned to a centralized, industry-leading email marketing team that sends more than 4,000 campaigns a month. At that volume, Tonya understands that being efficient and impactful need to go hand in hand. She has always used the power of technology to drive automation, and she allows guests’ actions to help map the right communication strategy for each brand.
Prior to Caesars, Tonya spent 20 years developing web sites, mobile apps, email and social profiles for 12 daily and 40 weekly newsrooms across 9 states – as well as built the original web sites for LasVegas.com and Hawaii.com.
