Governance Committee

The Governance Committee is charged with ensuring that the Board provides outstanding leadership and operates according to the most effective governance practices available.  The Committee is responsible for ongoing review and recommendations concerning the governance of CUNA to enhance the leadership quality, effectiveness and impact of the Board and all elements of its governance structure.
